My Name Is

To celebrate AAPI month, Tonia Yiu and I did a collaboration! We both created an animation about our Chinese names. The name that was given to me by my orphanage is 江茜茜 Jiāng Qiàn Qiàn (last name, first name)

江 = river

茜 = alizarin red, and a type of plant called madder (similar to orange, a color and a fruit)

茜茜 = the name Qiàn Qiàn
